Future Arts builds resilient and accessible networks between the art world, Seattle’s tech-hub, the public, and education sectors. As a young 5 year non-profit, women and non-binary run, our programming has already supported over 100+ local creatives, with 350,000+ global views and engagements. We expand access to creative technology education and career pathways for artists and culture-makers from historically underserved communities.

PROGRAMs

Future Arts Way

An accessible public art initiative bringing together emerging technology, community storytelling, and large scale civic engagement. Launching during World Cup 2026, staying for the community as a bi-annual 2.5 interactive urban walking path, with a foundation in Coast Salish storytelling.

Future Artists in Residence (FAIR)

cohort based residency model where tech-artists are placed inside technology companies and create work as part of the technologies.

Young Futures

youth focused programming around artists teaching technology arts centered classes in partnerships with various youth nonprofits. Also includes the Future Arts Library - where you can check out technology and new media equipment with a working artist specializing in that medium to learn by creating together.
