Third Stone is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts and education organization founded in Seattle in 2022. We are the heart of Bumbershoot, housing the education program and the main festival event.

PROGRAM

BumberWorks is a tuition-free workforce development and job placement program that prepares young adults ages 17 - 25 for careers in the live music and events industries. Rooted in the energy of Bumbershoot Music and Arts and powered by its nonprofit, Third Stone, BumberWorks offers immersive training, mentorship, and real-world experience behind the scenes of festivals, concerts, and cultural venues.
